Here Jeffrey Patterson scans the dike at the Little Three Mine in San Diego County.  He is moving the
small red antenna unit along the rock face.  As he does that a computer makes an image of the underlying rock.
 
 

Jeffrey is explaining the radar image to an interested bystander.  This built-in computer allows you to
record and play back radar images for later analysis.
